When we first received this bed, we were super excited. Then bed that we sampled at the Arizona Fair, made us really want this bed. The ordering and financing were simple and we got the bed in a reasonable delivery time-frame. We opened it up and it looked great. We laid down on it and it felt like we were lying down on a board. My wife was ready to send it back that same day. We decided to give it a month. The bed has very slowly becoming adjusted to our bodies. It still isn’t where we need or want it, but we are going to get trying it for about another month before we decide what to do. We have added pillowtoppers and still doesn’t quite help.

We ordered the Ghostbed king flex mattress with the adjustable frame. Both are excellent, I tend to sometimes sleep on the edge of the bed, there is lots of support on the edges and very good support thru out the mattress. We also ordered the Ghost pillows, love them. I had Tammy help us at Ghostbed she was wonderful. Very good purchase .

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research on different beds and this is the one I chose. For being a side sleeper this bed is very comfortable. I had some questions so I called up the customer service department before ordering and Jacita was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She is a true asset to your company. When I say I did a lot of research I found a video of the founder Marc Werner in a hour interview explaining why and how he started Ghostbed. So to sum it up I truly recommend Ghostbed if you are looking for a new mattress.

For our first non-traditional mattress, I decided to do a ton of research as that's how I buy everything. My wife and I wanted something more firm than a full memory foam mattress, but definitely not too firm. That led me right to hybrids, and after reading review after review, we felt that Ghostbed would be a good fit for us. We're only a little over a week in, and our box spring and bed frame haven't arrived yet, so I know that will slightly change the feel, but I couldn't be happier. I'm a combo side and stomach sleeper, and it feels like night and day between this and a traditional mattress. Just enough support to not feel hugged by the bed, but soft enough to be very relaxing. It's easy to change positions, and I can't tell when my wife gets in or out of bed. Overall, the Ghostbed Flex, king size, has been an absolute joy.

My wife and I were very hesitant about buying a bed in a box having been the couple with the traditional bed and boxspring because that's what our parents taught us. We have now had the bed for almost 1 month and can't believe the difference it has made. We sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed.

Ghost bed flex is not a medium firm mattress! It is way way too soft. You sink way down in the mattress. I only weigh 135 and cannot even move around it sinks so badly! I would only recommended as a soft mattress for people that want a very soft mattress. I contacted them over two weeks ago and they have not responded back to me!!!

Bed is good. Just a little firm but getting better sleep. Like the cooling comfort w/ o having to put a separate topper on it. Don’t be shy! Give the bed a try ! Just may require a break in period if you are used to a softer bed. I do have a mattress topper on mine for now but may remove it soon to see how I sleep w/o it. It just gives some softness on top of the mattress but it does support all the major pressure points of the body where it counts. Not disappointed!

Very comfortable, almost perfect, I just find that there is not enough support in the middle of the bed. It is medium firm, great feel, but as a stomach sleeper I need a bit more support in the middle of the bed. Not sure if I should change for the original firmer model, but will keep this one hoping it will work out for me, I wake up with a touch of lower back pain. But it is just super comfortable

I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. After 2+ months am quite pleased with the King Flex. It is both supportive and soft, but not mushy. As a lifelong devotee of firm to hard mattresses, I am pleasantly surprised by this one's comfort. Love the Bed frame system, which is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Will have to say that the king mattress, even in it's tight rolled up form, was quite a challenge for two of us to muscle up stairs - it's heavy! But once frame was assembled and wrapping cut, the mattress found it's true shape quickly and with little assistance. I have also purchased 2 twin xl ghostbeds and a queen. Pleased with them all.
