I received my first Ghost Bed around a decade ago as a Christmas gift from my mother. I convinced her to invest in a hybrid mattress to help prevent waking up each morning with both arms stiff and fingers locked into claws that throbbed with painful. pins-and-needles due to worsening degenerative disc disease affecting my cervical spine. Within days of switching mattresses I was no longer experiencing painful, debilitating symptoms for hours after waking. Not only did it offer enough support to help prevent harmful sleep positions, there was plenty of give, allowing the mattress to gently shape to my curves. I fell in love immediately. When I had to leave an abusive marriage in 2023, I had somewhere safe to go and help to move there, but not the kind of help that could transport a hybrid King Ghost Bed that had already been in place for years by that point. At the same time, I knew that I couldn't sleep on just *any* mattress or I risked going back to losing hours of each day before my arms were functional. After a lot of agonizing over the decision, I ordered another mattress - the Flex Hybrid - and had it delivered to the new place. I was anxious that I wouldn't like it as much as my previous mattress, but now, after about two years of use, 100 pounds lost, and partners come and gone and then come again, I can report that I like the Flex Hybrid as much, if not more than, my previous GhostBed. Both my partner and I are multiply disabled: both AuDHD (I am hyper-sensitive to both touch and temperature, which is one of the reasons I chose a cooling mattres. No regrets!), them with a previously broken back, a leg that's got a nasty spiral break, and chronic pain of all sorts, me with degenerative disk disease, herniated disks, fibromyalgia, unable to lay on either hip for an extended length of time, narcolepsy type 2, night terrors, sleep apnea, and on and on. We both feel like the Flex has improved our average daily pain levels and helped us to feel marginally more rested than other mattresses we've had, and we've both gone through a list of expensive mattresses in our lifetimes. I don't foresee going back now that I've tried a hybrid mattress. The only major drawback that I can think of is that they are heavy and - if you're talking a King mattress - extremely unweildy. Once unrolled and fully pluffed up, expect to need several sturdy people to move it again. Even given that, I'd still choose another GhostBed.

My back ache has improved significantly. When I get up I can straighten up in a minute or two. Previously I was in pain for 20 or 30 minutes.

Whether it keeps temperature is irrelevant. The first night, and each night since, this bed has stopped my husband's snoring.

I have not received this mattress yet. I have been a plus member for many years, and I have had issues with just about every shipping item that I have received. I am not sure if it is the process through Sam's Club or Fed-Ex, but this is getting very aggravating. I have not complained on the past orders, but now it is time. I continuously get sent a message on this order and past orders that the package will arrive on a certain date, and it never arrives on that date. I wait for updates, and I never receive them. The last update on this mattress was on 2-23-26 and supposed to arrive on 2-26-26 and today is 2-28-26, and I still have not received it, nor a status. I attempted to start a return, but it says that I will have to return the item back to the store, so I will have to wait until the order arrives, if it arrives. This is ongoing and poor business. I am sure that I am not the only one going through this mess, because this is happening to most of my orders. Sam's Club needs to look at a different carrier or figure out something that will meet the expectations of the customer. Don't worry about calling Sam's Club or Wal-Mart, because most of the time it is a third party from a different country.

It's stiffer than I personally prefer, but my wife loves it, so I guess I do too.

I am loving my new mattress, i took the quiz and bought the suggested mattress. It has been wonderful!

Loving our hybrid mattress. My arms are not going numb in the night anymore. Sleep has improved overall.

Everything the website says is true. Did not disappoint. Looking forward to not having to buy a mattress for a long time. Can't wait to go take a nap!!

Was told this top end mattress was the firmest mattress they made but I feel little difference from the basic Ghostbed mattress I had before. Will sadly need to return it.

My matter is great not a firm s I want it to b so we just ordered a firmer topper that was suggested by my sales consultant. Hopefully this wi fix my issue.
