As per my phone experience in talking to one of your representatives, I do not intend to ever purchase from nor refer anyone to purchase any Ghostbed products. PERIOD !!

We are very pleased with the firmness of our mattress even though it was a mattress in a box. The Ghost Bed hybrid is perfect for us because we are side sleepers. Only downside is the edges are not as firm as our previous mattress.

We got the flex ghost bed about 2 weeks ago and love it! Its very soft, but also firm enough that we don't just sink in. I don't feel my husband moving at all anymore and have been sleeping much better. We would highly recommend this bed.

The only reason I knocked it down a star is that I don't feel any of the cooling effects. Very comfortable mattress, but if you're looking for something to prevent sweating in your sleep, this isn't the one.

This is a fabulous bed. We ordered beds from Helix and it was too hard for me. My flex Hybrid mattress is perfect. I am able to sleep on my sides for the first in years. I highly recommend this mattress!

Purchase was simple. Delivery was quick. Set up was easy. Quality is wonderful. I am sleeping amazingly. Works well with me as a side sleeper and my wife as a stomach sleeper.

We ordered the flex maybe about 3-4 weeks ago. It was super easy to put it together. The smell went away in a few hours. And it does become a little more firm than we are used to, but it is very comfy and great for my back.

on my 2nd night on this bed I would have to say that I have had the best sleep in over 7 years, no waking up, no tossing and turning it was pure bliss! I also have to say opening up the box and unveiling the bed is also a lot of fun!

Absolutely love my ghost bed! We bought it for our vacation home and I love it even more than my bed at home - which was way more expensive! I get the best nights sleep in this bed. I don’t want to get up in the morning!

Bed is very comfortable. Just the right amount of firmness for us some may think otherwise either way. We can tell it's got a cooling affect because we don't sweat like we use to. Overall we love this bed and glad we stumbled on it
