After having back pain for multiple months we decided to purchase a Ghostbed flex hybrid. The difference was almost instant. Customer support was phenomenal as we had some questions and they were prompt and professional in replying.

The "simple" return might not actually be acurrate. It appears they can't think of enough reason to keep part of your refund if unhappy. I was told to return a topper that belongs to me!! Was not from Ghostbed.

I do like the flex hybrid bed a lot. My husband says it is a little on the firm side, I think it's just right. Seems to cool ok, but I still wake up hot most nights. I am satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.

This bed just feels like a good, traditional bed, but the memory foam layer is so noticeably comfortable and different. It doesn't "hug" you the way other memory foam style mattresses do -- even hybrids. Loving this so far.

This is our second GhostBed. We previously had an original GhostBed in a queen size. We liked it, but wanted a king. We decided to go with the Flex, hybrid, and we love it! Our new joints, old joints and stiffness are loving it too!

Love this bed, 2 family members have bought them also. It saves our hips in my family. Take note, fed ex left bed in our driveway and it rained. The second delivery we asked them to put it under the porch, they did not. The bed is wonderful!

This is the 3rd night on the Flex and it is amazing by far the best bed, it is just the right amount of firmness no more sore shoulder or hips, it like having my own personal cloud!! Can’t be happier so refreshed in the morning

I personally love this bed. My husband says it’s a little soft but he does like it. He may have enjoyed a harder mattress but I love it. It’s quite amazing how it formed up when we took it out of the box.

My back doesn't hurt anymore like with my memory foam mattress I absolutely love this bed just wish the all in one frame was taller(I ordered more legs) and bed a little more soft The pillows are amazing as well All in all I've very happy

Too soft, I would not put it in the medium range but more of a soft or plush. Initiated return and it was picked up quickly for donation but the refund department is not so speedy.
