This bed arrived three days after the purchase. On the first and second night I was acutely aware I was lying on a different mattress. On the fourth night, pain in my lower back stopped, but I developed pain in my upper back. After 11 days the pain was worse. I was told by Ghostbed that I could not return the mattress until day 30. So, I persisted. On day 17 the pain in my upper back was gone and the mattress began to feel very supportive. I am now at day 27. I am not going to return the mattress. It appears to be correcting my posture. I feel more rested after shorter periods of rest. I recommend sleeping on the mattress for at least 30 days before making decisions. By the way, I have a big Boxer called Willbur. He weighs 80 pounds and I cannot get him off this mattress.

The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is that I would be better if it could be designed in such a way without sacrificing quality to have it at about 11-12 inches of height instead of 14 inches. To put it in perspective, the average American man is 5.9. I am 5.8, and it is kind of difficult to just sit at the edge of my bed. It is not my bedframe. Otherwise I would likely give it a 5 star for silence. I am not married yet, but I am sure it is great for couples since it does truly seem to compromise in the best way possible for all sleeping types

I had a number bed for years and read good reviews on GhostBed, so I decided to research my options. I am happy that I did! After narrowing down my list (from my research), I decided to order the GhostBed Flex. I setup the GhostBed Flex myself. Grabbed it off my porch with a dolly and set it up. It is amazing how it expanded from a box! Being that, I do recommended two people to set it up. It helped that I am a fitness professional and strong enough to do it. But, I had no choice and if I were videotaped, it would have been funny seeing some struggling moments! One important thing to note, I did not experience any odor once the bed was setup. The GhostBed Flex is firm, yet gentle enough to slightly hug my body! I am able to turn better instead of lifting myself up as I did in my number bed and tempur-pedic. The edge is definitely reinforced and supportive. Although GhostBed comfort scale states 6-7, I believe it is more like 8-9, more than a medium firm. I have insomnia and this was the first time in months that I was able to sleep better. In fact, my smartwatch rated my sleep the highest for the first time, literally the first time! I do highly recommend the GhostBed Flex! The customer service is superb! Ryan Connell replied to my few emails quickly and was kind in each reply! I also received the Shredded GhostPillows and did not like them at all. My neck was hurting the next morning and the pillow cases kept slipping off them throughout the night. So I have them stored in a closet. At least they got the GhostBed Flex right!

I don't have any complaints about our new bed. Had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I don't anymore. Also woke up sore all over, especially my back. Since day one I have woke up refreshed and pain free. Didn't have to wait long for it to fluff up after setting it up. Barely any bounce when I or my husband move. The softness is perfect for our needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR AN AMAZING BED!!

Buying a bed for this couple was challenging as he is tall and thin, and I am tall and heavy with large hips. So we needed something that can support me, but also isn't hard as a rock for him. This bed seems to fit the bill. We are a couple months into owning it, and my issues are 1. My side seems to already be getting "soft" as far as support goes. 2. The pillows that came with the bed are great for side sleepers (me sometimes) but when I flip to my back my chin is suddenly jammed into my neck and I wake up with a sore neck. So I will probably be pillow shopping, and this is not the fault of Ghost Bed. Other than these two things we like the bed so far, the softness on my side does make me nervous for the longevity of the mattress.

pillows with free offer were not ghostbed brand, were sister brand. mattress seems overpriced compared to other hybrid mattresses ive seen online recently, quality is not as good as other hybrid mattresses (despite the price) and ive consistently had back problems since sleeping on it, unfortunately i have to wait for the full 30 days to return.

The Ghostbed flex is as described. A combination of a traditional mattress and memory foam. For myself personally, I'm not sleeping well on it. It's firmer than I expected it to be. I'm trying to give it some time to see if that will change. Shipping on the mattress itself took longer than promised, but the company was very helpful with that. It was close to the holidays which probably affected delivery.

My boyfriend and I were skeptical about ordering a bed online without having tried it out first but with a month or two of research we found that Ghostbed had the best deal on everything we'd need for a good bed. And we weren't wrong. This bed has been the best bed I have ever slept on. I have anxiety and depression issues that make it hard to sleep through the night but this bed has given me the best night sleep for the last 6 months. I can only praise this bed and how comfortable it is.

This bed is interestingly soft, yet quite firm and supportive. So far I believe it was a good investment, only time will tell. My tossing and turning has definitely been minimized, but, I'm not waking up fully refreshed, and wide awake that's why I could not go 5 star.

I have Ehlers-danlos, so it is hard to find anything that is truly comfortable and helpful for our bodies and sleep. So far, this mattress is amazing. It is just the right amount of firm and give at bony prominences, and it really is cooling... I am praying it continues to please.
