We ordered the ghostbed luxe. Amazing quality mattress. Having a brand new mattress is just one of the best feelings. Unfortunately my partner is a really hot sleeper and we were praying for a miracle when we ordered our ghost bed. Unfortunately it did not solve our issue with nights sweats. May just be a rare situation but we were bummed. The ghostbed pillows and sheets are phenomenal and our friends love their original ghost bed! I do recommend this mattress and the company has been above and beyond helpful to us!

I was doing research after research for over two weeks before I finally picked out the perfect king size bed. Buying a new bed is an important investment so, like anyone, I just wanted it to be a great one! I’m so thankful my decision ended with the Ghost Bed LUXE! It has went above and beyond my expectations in a bed! We get so excited for bedtime now! Before I would wake up through the night at least five times. Now I sleep through the whole night. It’s so comfortable! Also, people were talking about a smell? Mine didn’t have a smell what so ever and it was simple to install. I was surprised I did it all by myself! This is the best investment I’ve ever made! Thanks so much Ghost Bed!!:) If you’re exhausted of doing research then look no further people! This is the perfect bed!!

We bought a queen-sized GhostBed Luxe mattress for our teenage son. It is even HARDER to get him up in the morning now because he loves sleeping on the mattress. He said, "I had no idea what I've been missing all my life sleeping on my old mattress." He says it's the perfect combination of firm but still feeling like you're on a cloud. We're happy, except for the getting him out of bed part. :)

Be extremely careful with the trial period!! It is not hassle free at all! They have a lot of conditions that will completely void the trial period, including a catch-all “changes in circumstances” clause. Every email you send is linked to your order. If the first email you send doesn’t use the words “comfort level isn’t what I wanted”, they will void the trial period. For example, we wanted to return the queen we bought and buy a king. Despite them making more money in this exchange, they immediately voided my full trial period since that first email talked about “size issues”, not comfort level. And yes, the voiding information is on their site, but its buried as far down as possible to avoid detection. If the trial period is a deciding factor for you (it was for us), skip Ghostbed and go with someone else. The mattress is decent, but nothing great. Definitely not worth the cost.

I do like this bed very much. My wife and I are able to get into bed at separate times with out waking each other up. I sleep very well in this bed. The two cons I have are it is not a cooling as advertised but that isn't that big a deal. The other is the sheets will not stay in place and when I lay down on this I feel like I am on a slip and slide. I have tried several sheets and can't seem to get it right. If I put a cover over the bed to stop the sliding then it gets hotter. Willing to hear of any solutions if anyone is having this problem as well. I know, "first world problems", but you asked.

Have had some lower back issues lately. Last mattress was old a way too soft. The Venus Williams mattress was nice a firm and gave the support and comfort I needed. Cooler than my last mattress. Only wish it was more cooling. I know this isn't the coolest mattress they make but wanted the firmness more over that.

We decided on the Ghost bed after much research. We had limited success in the past with a hybrid mattress and did not like the price of the tempurpedic. My husband has had back and neck issues and was most concerned with the support and firmness. We could not try out a mattresses during the pandemic and needed a mattress that would be delivered and or returned if needed. All the claims the mattress makes are true and from day one we have both loved the mattress. Even with the mattress protector It stays cool. The box spring was delayed a couple days as a lot of deliveries are these days but customer service was great. The mattress arrived on time. The box spring assembly wasn't difficult but took more than an hour to put together. We are very happy with the look, feel, durability, value and warranty provided on this bed.

I really wanted to love this mattress. I wake up with back pain every morning. I am a back sleeper and had previously owned a temperpedic mattress which I slept on for 3 years with zero back pain. When my fiancé we’re moving, we decided to upgrade to a king mattress. We did soo much research and thought GhostBed would be a good choice. I wish I would’ve returned the mattress during the 101 day trial. We ordered the mattress a month before we moved and kept it boxed up. We didn’t start sleeping on it till we’d already had it a month. I kept thinking I was sore because the bed needed to be broken in etc.. and missed the deadline to return because I kept thinking it would get better . Ugh waste of money

Worth every penny. Just the right firmness. Not too firm, not too soft. You melt into this bed. The center 1/3 of the bed has a little more soft memory foam to accommodate the trunk of your body. I can't get enough of this bed. It has become my go to spot in the house. I would highly recommend!

It's a wonderful mattress so far... I've had it 2 weeks and very pleased. The draw back to ghostbed company is the no one at CS has the authority to get anything done and the process is time consuming and annoying to the customer. If, I didn't like the bed so much I would have returned it on principal alone.
