We recently got an adjustable split king lux and are very pleased with the product. The adjustable base was easy to set up, including getting it upstairs, and works wonderfully. The mattress is very comfortable, it keeps us cool, has reinforced edges. Between the mattress and the base our back aches have all but stopped. We searched for many products and the price and quality make this product worth it.

I have severe cervical stenosis and arthritis in my low back. We had bought a Sealy mattress about 5 years ago which we replaced with a Ghost mattress this January. Finally I am sleeping well and not waking up with pain. I am very happy with my Ghost mattress.

So far so good! I came from one of those kush, memory foam gel toppers, so I was wondering how I might adjust to a mattress like this. So far so good! We sleep hot and we have had no issues with temperature thus far. The price was decent compared to the dozens of other online sources for mattresses, so overall we feel like we got a good deal!

Seen Lots of videos of people getting there Ghost Bed. There excitement when opening it and getting a cool t-shirt hidden inside. Watching as it expands and trying it out for the first time, and being amazed at the comfort. Unfortunately for me I didn't get to enjoy any of those things when I opened mine. There was the first bummer when I opened it up and never got any cool t-shirt but that wasn't a deal breaker just yet. Then I took the adjustable base out of the box it was very easy to put together but mine came out of the box with a tare in the fabric. This really made me feel as if I got hustled. I continued to try to stay positive so I put it all together put on the new sheets I bought for it and finally set inn to observe my 101 night trial. The base adjust great but it had a few flaws. 1) Massage pads (there's only 2 for a queen bed) there should of been 4 or 2 for each side. 2) LED lights (only turn white and only stay on for a short period of time. More colors and a function that leaves the lights on would of been nice. 3) USB Ports have week amp outputs so charging can take a long time.... The LUX mattress was way to firm in my opinion tried all of customer services suggestions to make it soften but none of that has helped. Not pleased with the product at all.. The ghost bed pillows are amazing tho my wife and I love them very much.

It is broke down on one side. It will not ‘refill’ back to the level that makes it so you don’t roll off that side of the bed. Right now I’ve had it for 3 weeks and I left it on a blanket on the floor for a week when I first got it to ‘refill’ from being folded in the box to get here. Only one of us can sleep on it right now. It is not what I expected from all I read about GhostBed. I am extremely disappointed. I have registered my purchase and sent in a Warrenty claim. They have many many hoops to jump through and I’m not done yet. I am hopeful they will be reasonable to work with because I need a bed for two people, not a queen bed, where only one side is usable. I will include pictures that shows how it is not right, but as far as ‘showing’ how it collapses when you try to lie on it, that’s hard to capture with a still photo.

Hard to describe the ghost bed luxe...you don’t sink into a hole like memory foam mattresses but still feel super cushioned. It also sleeps very cool. My husband sweats bullets at night normally but he is almost too cold with the luxe. Ghost bed customers for life!

I have always had coil beds, because I never thought a memory foam could be firm enough. This bed at first is quite firm but gets better. After you get used to it the bed feels like it envelopes you a little and it feels so good. I am finding myself sleeping longer and deeper. Definitely recommend bed. Edge firmness is not comparable to coil coil will be stiffer, but good bed.

I have never spent so much on a foam mattress before, but I do think it was worth it. I sleep on my side, and I have been waking up with a horrible pain in my hip for most of the last year or so. And I'm young. So I wasn't really sure if I needed more support or less support, but whatever this bed has is just right. I never wake up in hip pain anymore. Also, other foam beds are incredibly hot and I would be sweaty all night long. With this bed, there is still some of that happening, but not nearly as much, and some nights not at all. I think it's a pretty good bed overall and would recommend it.

We recently bought the GhostBed Luxe as well as two GhostPillows. We LOVE them! Took a couple nights to get used to a much more comfortable mattress, but once we got a few nights under our belt, we fell in love. The mattress is so comfortable and whenever we sleep somewhere else, we long for our Luxe. The pillows are also amazing and I thought I was a down pillow guy until I slept on these puppies. Overall, we're extremely satisfied and we have recommended GhostBed to several of our friends already!

Be extremely careful with the trial period!! It is not hassle free at all! They have a lot of conditions that will completely void the trial period, including a catch-all “changes in circumstances” clause. Every email you send is linked to your order. If the first email you send doesn’t use the words “comfort level isn’t what I wanted”, they will void the trial period. For example, we wanted to return the queen we bought and buy a king. Despite them making more money in this exchange, they immediately voided my full trial period since that first email talked about “size issues”, not comfort level. And yes, the voiding information is on their site, but its buried as far down as possible to avoid detection. If the trial period is a deciding factor for you (it was for us), skip Ghostbed and go with someone else. The mattress is decent, but nothing great. Definitely not worth the cost.
