The first few days as the bed was feeling too stiff, I woke up without back pain for the first time in months. It wasnt the bed I can sink into or feel amazing but I was so grateful not to have that pain I didn't care. I was rested. Well. Less than a month in and already the back pain is returning. As the bed breaks in, I'm feeling the disappointment of wasting so much money to spare my back the pain. But it's cold, cooler than others. Mostly. If you're a female who has hot flashes the bed won't handle them well at all. Something to keep in mind, since once a month I'm drenched in sweat much more than I ever was with my saggy previous mattress. Mattresses are always something I was told to splurge on for the quality. This was not worth the price. Oh well. I got a few good nights.

I purchased this king mattress for the cooling factor & the fact the company had a 100% refund policy if not satified after trying for 30 days. I even purchased the mattress protector & ghost sheets. My boyfriend & I were excited to try out. Unfortunately, we both had terrible nights sleep. Of course, I figured it's new & were getting used to it. But, it continued every night where we were both hot & it was just too soft for us. I emailed the company as requested & got asked numerous questions..what sheets I'm using, temperature of the room, home. I answered with the main reason that we were both so hot & that was my initial focus on this "coolest mattress in the world", but was told being too hot is not a reason for a refund. I wish I would've done a better google search of this company as I would have saw the numerous complaints just I have encounter. I'm still trying to get ahold of someone in management, but have not been contacted. I'll keep continuing to fight this issue, but I highly suggest you use another company.

Although the mattress does not retain heat as bad as our foam topper did on our last bed, we find this to be very firm. My husband likes pillow top so I was hoping this would be a good in between for us but we both find it too firm. Sleeping on your side is not the greatest on this mattress.

Switched from Sleep Number (which was returned within the trial period) to Ghost Bed and couldn't be happier. Set-up was simple, even with the adjustable frame. The hardest part of set-up was getting the frame out of the box. All instructions were easy to follow. My wife loves it, which is a hugh plus also. No more back ache when waking up.It's only been a couple weeks, but I can't imagine even thinking about brand. Thanks Ghost Bed.

I am astonished how well made the GhostBest Luxe is made. I have been a "hot sleeper" for many years and the Luxe sleeps very cool. I have yet to wake up during the night due to being hot and I have even been able to turn my AC thermostat up couple of degrees and remain cool. I wish that I have purchased a GB Luxe much sooner.

The mattress is very cool to the touch which is awesome because I always used to sleep hot! The adjustable base is a great addition to the mattress. I set the massage feature on the bed and never make it through the full 10 minute timer before I fall asleep! Very pleased all around. Ghost Bed has great products and I would highly recommend!

This bed is AMAZING! My lower back pain is not noticeable when I’m in the zero Gravity mode. Sometimes I’ll sneak in my room while my husband is with the kids and lay down on the bed and next thing you know, I’m out! The bed I had before was making my back pain more excruciating and I literally dreaded and cried at times when I knew it was bedtime for me. I’m in the process of getting my back pain situated and can’t wait to experience my bed without any pain. Because if it already feels like heaven now......it will only get better!!

This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I usually sleep hot but not anymore. My back doesn’t hurt anymore either. My wife’s grandfather came over the try out the mattress. As soon as he felt it he ordered two for his house. This is a great investment for a better sleep which makes for better days.

Our new mattress has exceeding our expectations! We purchased the Luxe mattress because it had the cooling qualities and we liked that at 13” thick, it was the thickest of the competitors. It’s the perfect firmness for us too! Shipping was fast and we noticed no extreme chemical smells. No complaints whatsoever!!

awesome but a bit difficult for seniors to handle... we requested the white glove delivery. When we looked at our invoice it wasn’t included. Called but it wasn’t available. That was not user friendly... 80 years old and wrestling this box mattress ...
