My husband and I rented an AirBNB that had the Ghostbed Lux mattress and we slept so good on it. Came home and slept one night in our old mattress and immediately ordered us a Ghostbed Luxe. We sleep so good and don't hurt anymore when we get up. This bed is amazing!!!

We ordered the ghostbed luxe. Amazing quality mattress. Having a brand new mattress is just one of the best feelings. Unfortunately my partner is a really hot sleeper and we were praying for a miracle when we ordered our ghost bed. Unfortunately it did not solve our issue with nights sweats. May just be a rare situation but we were bummed. The ghostbed pillows and sheets are phenomenal and our friends love their original ghost bed! I do recommend this mattress and the company has been above and beyond helpful to us!

Under certain circumstances the Ghostbed mattress may be returned for a refund. What the company doesn’t tell you is they will not accept returns on accessories such as the box spring/foundation. Their website doesn’t warn you about this policy. This is very deceptive and misleading. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Florida regarding this deceptive practice.

Coming from a Simmons beautyrest... I was not sure I would like this. I tend to sleep hot and went for the luxe model. The best rest of my life for sure. After setting this up, 4 different adults layed down just to feel it. It's like a soft hug but firm with no stuck feeling. We all agreed...best bed ever.

I started looking into a new bed after realizing my current bed was too hard for my back problems. What drew me to the Ghost Bed Luxe was its claim to be a cool temperature sleep. I had a cool touch pillow that I adored until it deflated, and I hoped the mattress surface might be similar. I was not disappointed!!! Body heat will transfer to what it touches (yay science!), but when I change positions in the bed, I can feel the cooling sensation even through my sheets! It is also a medium firm consistency that is perfect for my back and hip pain, as some hybrids or memory foam mattresses sag too much for my comfort, or are too rock hard without an additional layer. I am extremely pleased and if you are debating on the base model vs Luxe, Luxe was definitely worth it for me.

We were hesitant to purchase a bed online. Ghost Bed reviews were always great so we took a leap and purchased the Head-to-Toe Adjustable Base King Luxe package. We are in LOVE with this bed! The mattress is super comfortable without being "too soft". We had a firmer foam mattress prior to the Luxe and the Luxe is by far a softer, more luxurious feel with a great balance of firmness underneath the soft top. The Ghost Sheet set is equally fabulous and feels luxurious. We upgraded to the Shredded Pillows and they too are amazing! Worth every penny! We just wish we took the leap sooner!

Shipping was fast! I wanted a mattress to keep me cool and after reading the reviews I was a little disappointed. I don't wake up as hot but it's not as the claims make it to be. The edge of the mattress is lacking in support (you can't sit on the edge of the bed or else you will slide right off). I do sleep soundly on this mattress but I find myself sliding over to the middle for some reason. I'm going to give it a few more weeks before making a decision and see if comfort will over rule coolness. Ghostbed did throw in some free pillows which makes a great sleep combination. Also, it is reasonably priced for mattresses of similar characteristics.

So far we are not overly impressed. The matress initially feels cool but quickly heats up. Comfort wise we are still adjusting. It is fairly comfortable. We are going to give it a couple of more weeks but at this moment we may have made a mistake with this matress.

I love my GhostBed LUXE so much! I sleep so much better now & wake up feeling refreshed because the mattress is ridiculously comfortable. Not only that, the pillows are like heaven, the sheets are amazeballs & the adjustable frame is frickin genius! My husband ordered the luxe after reading about it on line. I was skeptical and wasn't excited about the price of the mattress. However, we both really, really love it. The mattress is firm (not hard) but cushions and supports the whole body. It's a comfortable and supportive mattress. I've really had consistent good sleep. It's not bouncy so I don't notice when my husband gets out of bed, which is great for someone like me who tends to be a light sleeper. The description of the mattress is accurate. I would definitely recommend this mattress and happy my husband ordered it.
