It’s…. Ok. My husband and I are divided on this mattress. He adores it, I thinks it’s a tad too firm. Hoping it will break in some and perhaps then I’ll find it more comfortable. For reference, I’m a petite woman, under 130 pounds. My husband is average sized, 170’s. I’m a strict side sleeper, he’s a combo sleeper. Hope this review might be helpful to someone.

We’ve only had this mattress for a month but so far, so good. Definitely a bit firmer than we expected (which we’re a fan of) but it’ll likely feel softer if you’re heavier (we’re 110, 160 lbs). I’m sure it’ll also soften a bit more with time, which is fine. The cooling foam is noticeable to touch but I’m not sure I feel much of a difference when actually sleeping. I’m definitely sleeping more soundly. Overall it appears well made, good quality. No regrets.

We have had our GhostBed Luxe for 30 days now. I LOVE IT! It is firm and soft at the same time, but a bit more on the firm side than we expected. For me it supports my hips and back without feeling like a board or sinking in too far. I am not waking up in pain as before. Husband doesn’t hate it or love it necessarily. He prefers a really super soft bed, but does like this much better than our previous. The best thing is that I can finally sleep cool without kicking off all of my covers! It doesn’t hold in the heat like previous mattresses. AND I absolutely love the Ghost Pillows! I may be ordering another one for me. I only wish the pillow came in king size!!!

I love this bed! It is softer than I expected, but that is a good thing. Just enough give to cradle you and so comfortable for a side sleeper. The best aspect is the coolness. I am always hot and this bed has been snuggling under a blanket for the first time. I love it!

Bed was shipped quickly and arrived promptly. Getting box (King size) mattress inside by myself proved to be somewhat challenging. Got mattress unwrapped and watching it "inflate" quickly. There was a chemical odor for a couple of days in the room- which was off putting, but not terrible. Comfortable mattress- although the "cooling" feature seems accurate for the bare mattress, it isn't really noticeable once sheets are on. A few weeks in and we have no complaints. Need to order mattress pad cover!

I’ve struggled with sleep! Not only am insomniac but I have fibromyalgia plus a really bad back. My last mattress I added pads and toppers and still in pain. From the very first night, wow! I’m in love with my ghost bed. It’s so supportive, yet soft and silky. I wake up feeling so much better and sleep so much deeper. My body hurts so much less so I can actually rest. Super cute name, too!!!!!!

Have had the Luxe for 60 days now and have had some mornings with a soar back. The Luxe seems softer than my last tempurpedic and even softer on the outer edge. At times it feels like I might fall out. Also the top layer is almost slippery causing sheets to slide with me as I rotate. I put a matress pad on and that seems to help. It does seem cooler than the temperpedic but weather has cooled down so not sure how well it is on a hot night. Will give it a little more time before making a decision to keep it or not.

It is broke down on one side. It will not ‘refill’ back to the level that makes it so you don’t roll off that side of the bed. Right now I’ve had it for 3 weeks and I left it on a blanket on the floor for a week when I first got it to ‘refill’ from being folded in the box to get here. Only one of us can sleep on it right now. It is not what I expected from all I read about GhostBed. I am extremely disappointed. I have registered my purchase and sent in a Warrenty claim. They have many many hoops to jump through and I’m not done yet. I am hopeful they will be reasonable to work with because I need a bed for two people, not a queen bed, where only one side is usable. I will include pictures that shows how it is not right, but as far as ‘showing’ how it collapses when you try to lie on it, that’s hard to capture with a still photo.

I have several sleep issues so I did a lot of research on mattresses before getting a new one. I ended up buying the GhostBed Luxe Foam because it was rated as:* Good for side sleepers (soft enough that there aren't pressure points)* Good for couples (motion isolation)* Cooling (for hot sleepers)Unfortunately, my GhostBed Luxe only achieved one out of three. - It's far too firm for a side sleeper. While my hip is supported without pressure, my shoulder feels like I'm laying on a board. I need something more plush that my shoulder can sink into without the rest of my body sinking along with it. - There's very little motion isolation. If my husband twitches, I feel it on the other side of the (king sized!) mattress. I'm genuinely confused on how so many reviews raved about the motion isolation and how great this mattress was for couples. That has not been my experience.- It is definitely cooling. The first night we slept on it was the first night in years that I didn't have to kick off the covers halfway through the night. Unfortunately, due to the first two issues, I've had to get not one but two mattress toppers to compensate for the hardness and lack of motion isolation. As a result, the cooling feature is entirely useless as it's buried beneath 5 inches of latex, memory foam and down alternative. I'm very disappointed. I would return it, but based on the experiences of others attempting to make a return to GhostBed, shipping is not free and the logistics of finding a shipping company is nightmarish. Definitely the last time I purchase a mattress online.

I've never thought it wise to buy a mattress sight unseen/online so I did a lot of research before making my decision to buy the GhostBed Luxe. Best decision ever! My husband and I tend to like a different feel [him firm, me soft] so I was concerned if one of us would like it while the other suffered. The equal firm-soft make of the luxe is one of the features that appealed to me and it couldn't have been more spot on - we both sleep so comfortably and my biggest concern, my back issues, has not been an issue at all. I'm used to tossing & turning but now I sleep so well, I hardly change positions at all!
