We've called multiple times to try and speak with a supervisor about the ridiculous shipping experience we had. Nobody will call us back. The USB on one side of the bed is also broken. We're still trying to decide if we like the mattress or not. So far I'm leaning towards no. I've woken up with back pain every day since getting this.

I have arthritis which, due to injury years ago has affected my back and knees. I was having trouble sleeping not being able to get comfortable. We received our adjustable split king about a week ago. What a difference sleeping better every night. Hubby likes it too. Would recommend this bed it is awesome.

When we purchased the Ghostbed, I was worried that I would be too hot because I had been warned that memory foam wasn't always comfortable for hot sleepers. However, we purchased the Ghostbed LUXE and my husband and I LOVE it. The temperature is perfect.

I am a side sleeper and have an impingement in each of my hips that causes pain while sleeping. This mattress provides the correct amount of support and give to help relieve the pain from the cam lesion impingement with labrum tears. The relief has been very helpful.

I recently purchased the split adjustable king mattress and foundation. The set up of the adjustable base could not have been any easier. Open the box, screw on the legs and plug it in, that is all. The mattress are great, just the right fit. Me and my wife have sleeping great, and with the adjustable base no more problems with snoring or acid reflux keeping us up. High recommend this product, and with the 20 year warranty you are buying a set up for life.

This bed so far seems like a nice bed. I'll will say if you are looking for a softer bed you may not want this one. This to me had some firmness to it. I will also say it isn't really cool but I don't know if it is due to the ghost protector not allowing some of the cooling features to come through or not. I don't sweat it haven't really yet in it but don't really feel the coolness either. Overall besides being just a little firmer than I probably would pick out I do really like it.

I was really excited about getting my new bed that advertised a new cooling system. However, I do not notice any difference in the cooling between my 10 year old Sleep Number bed and this bed. After 3 weeks of sleeping in the new bed I wake up nightly with back pain. Hopefully, this is just my body getting used to it.

Had the bed now coming up on a month and all is good. Very comfortable, little firmer than I thought it would be but definitely not hard. It does feel cool but not so drastically as I read on some reviews. Only complaint is the cover is so "slick" that my sheets tend to come off easily so will need to get some of those fitted sheet stays soon.

So glad I spent the money. It is very comfy with just the right amount of softness to firmness. I have back problems and the is the only bed I can say I sleep comfortably in on my back. Plus side is I don’t feel my wife moving around in the middle of the night with out newborn while taking care of him, which is a very big plus in my books.

The mattress is nice for reading in bed on my back and side, but it is not comfortable for sleeping on my stomach. Also, although the mattress cover feels cool to the touch, once you put the sheets on and hop in, it is just as hot as other foam beds and foam toppers.
