"Banana nut w/carmel", I had to try it. It was so good, I couldn't walk awaybwith out one. I was my breakfast to go with my daily cup of Latte. Pricy for a loaf of bread but this was almost like a desert to me😋

I'm now buying two loaves of Banana Pecan Loaf at a time. One is consumed the moment we arrive home from shopping Sam's Club, and the other goes in the fridge. I should have put it in the freezer, but then I realized the first loaf was half consumed within 10 minutes of arriving home. I know. I shoulda bought three. Our Sam's Club Bakery is gaining a reputation as The Best Bakery in Town. Decorated lakes seem to fly off the shelved. Breads, pastries are consistently excellent. Bravo! I wonder if Sam's brass realize they have a big hit on their hands.

I Love this loaf. It's the 3rd one I bought within 2 months. Make sure it has that Carmel glaze on top. I get mine at the Gilbert location in AZ. The new location in Tempe doesn't put the camel glaze on there's. I went to the new Tempe location because I was closer there at the time & their loafs were dry on top no shine.

The center of the loaf was very doughy / undercooked. The appearance through the package appeared as the loaf was done, but it was very deceiving when I went to cut into the loaf. The texture and taste was awful, to the point that the loaf was not cooked all the way. For paying close to $10 I should have returned the product to get a refund, but instead I just put in the trash.

This banana bread was so delicious. There aren't many things that my husband and I eat until it's gone. We did not waste a crumb of this. I warmed it and spread on a little brown sugar maple butter. Perfect with my morning coffee! I hope Sam's keeps it.

Overcooked and dry

I received a free sample for my honest review. The loaf has a great banana flavor that isn't too sweet and very moist. It is almost like a coffee cake in texture and has plenty of pecans on the outside and scattered through the inside. Overall a very tasty loaf.

[I received a free sample for my honest review] I really enjoyed this banana loaf. The caramelized pecan topping added a nice twist on a classic. The texture of the bread is light, airy, and moist. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness. The value is great - I have a family of 6 and there was plenty of this to go around. I knock one star because there is something about the flavor that tastes a bit artificial.
