Not too sweet which is perfect for people like me who don't like sweet things. Caramelized pecans is crunchy and delicious. Banana bread is soft and moist. This loaf is amazing! It tasted very fresh and not massed produced. I used it for a ladies breakfast of 200 along with another flavor from somewhere else and this was a huge hit. The flavors were so elevated in this loaf! A definite must have for any breakfast or just coffee/tea with friends!
