Buying it online was easy. It shipped right to my house in days. It was easy to set up alone, just may need help getting the awkward size boxes moved. The mattress is so comfortable I don’t know how I was getting any sleep before this. I would never switch to anything else. Plus the adjustable base is awesome!

I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. Was having horrible hip pain on my old 7 inch foam mattress and decided to take the leap and get ghost bed flex. This bed (only 2 months in) is the TRUTH. No hip pain, great sleep. The bed doesn’t measure out to 13 inches as advertised but it’s pretty close. So far I’m happy with the purchase. If you’re looking for a good hybrid mattress at a fair price definitely look into this bed. Great for side and back sleeping.

I sleep on my side. 11 years ago an accident caused both shoulders to dislocate. The Ghost bed Flex was recommended by 2 reviewers. I also sleep very warm. Took about a week to adjust but 6 hours of sleep is more than enough. No tossing and turning, no sweating, no morning aches and pains. Great investment. We bought the twin for extra bedroom and King for master. Wife loves the Mattress too. Replaced a Stearns and Foster pillow top. Highly reccomend this bed for any sleep position. Oh, the pillows are great as well. Help keep spine aligned as well. Better than "My Pillow".

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.

I ordered this bed, I couldn’t wait to break it in, got it unboxed and opened. Set it up and the mattress just puffed up and rose to form. It’s firm but not to firm, it’s easy to turn over and move from position to position. Also it sleeps well. Cool and comfortable and has completely decreased my back pain and corrected my ED. Great bed. Highly recommend.

We loved our GhostBed Flex so much we bought another one for our cabin!! Love both of them!! We also love the sheets. The fitted sheet has such a big elastic band that they will never come loose while you are sleeping! We also love the original pillows!

No slumping, no deep grooves, just pure comfort and great sleep. I am especially pleased with the long warranty period. This bed may very well be my last. I look forward to many years of wonderful nights of sleep. I wake up feeling renewed and refreshed. Thank you, Ghostbed.

This mattress is very comfortable. Firmness is medium (not too hard, not too soft). When you lay on it, it sinks a little but supports the body well. There is no problem turning, you don't feel like being stuck. Comfortable for side, back sleeping. I think it is also OK for stomach sleepers, the firmness is sufficient. If you are sleeping with another person, there is some movement but it is reasonable. I would not qualify this mattress as super cool, but I guess that a mattress cover and sheet tend to reduce the cooling effect. The only disappointing thing, is that if you sit on the edge, you kind of slip off. Even though the spring section is reinforced on the edges, there is still about 4 inches of foam on top and I believe it negates some of the spring reinforcement. I would qualify this mattress as a good mattress.
