Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. This bed is very comfortable and remains cool during sleep.

Good but Sags little after some time . Better than lot other Matress in market .

We are very pleased with the firmness of our mattress even though it was a mattress in a box. The Ghost Bed hybrid is perfect for us because we are side sleepers. Only downside is the edges are not as firm as our previous mattress.

This is one side of a split king and is both very comfortable. It was good the we could order different beds for each side. The price was much better than retail Serta Silver Plush Hybrid.

I have searched all my life for a mattress like this. Stays cool all not long. A true medium feel soft and conforming while not lacking support. I will be a loyal customer of ghostbed from this day forward.

The bed is more firm than I had anticipated. Only on the first thirty days and see if she softens up. Purchased with adjustable bases which work great.

Let me start by saying it’s a good mattress 4 the first 4 weeks and then it’s crap … I have tried rotating it also 3 days after sleeping on it ….. Very disappointed

So glad we purchased a Ghost Mattress!! We love it!! The whole process from the beginning was so smooth and orderly! Great communication!!! I couldn't be more pleased !!!

The only reason I knocked it down a star is that I don't feel any of the cooling effects. Very comfortable mattress, but if you're looking for something to prevent sweating in your sleep, this isn't the one.
