I love our ghost bed! Got the flex after doing some research for a much needed replacement. I was worried it would be too soft since I was looking for firm support but it is perfect. I have had chronic back pain for years and I finally feel relief when I sleep. Also was super easy to set up.

We had our Ghost bed hybrid for about a month. We really do like it. Great support and comfort without being to firm. Love them combo of the spring and memory foam. I don't feel when my husband get out of bed or repositions. We are very happy with our purchase!

What a wonderful surprise! At my age -72- I have purchased many mattresses over the years. This is, by far, my best ever. It began with the purchase process!!Then the delivery was outstanding. Setup was easy for my daughter and grandson to complete!And then...... the first night was the best ever. I have met my sleep goal every night! Fewer aches and pains during the night have made this possible. Do not hesitate to give Ghost Bed a chance to prove to you what a great nights sleep can do for you!

This was the first time I ever purchased a mattress that came in a box. I was a little skeptical at first on how something that is vacuum sealed could be that comfortable. I did my research & this company was highly rated. The Flex seemed to be a very popular choice amongst consumers. I was also looking for a mattress that was made in America. Just like the video, it comes rolled up, vacuum sealed. Set it up where you want it & break the seal. Behold, your mattress comes to life & takes shape! After a few hours, the moment of truth arrived. After laying down, I was very pleased. The top part, which is memory foam, is like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve had the Flex for almost a month now and I have no complaints. I’m a back & side sleeper and this is the right mattress for me. I highly recommend it!

This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either. The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive. Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.

I slept in a Ghost Bed mattress at the Lizzie Borden House when I was on an Investigation Vacation & I immediately knew I had to have one! I was literally in the airport on my way home when I placed my order. This has been the best mattress I have ever slept on, I also ordered the Ghost Bed Memory Foam Queen pillow, I no longer toss & turn at night. I suffer from migraines a lot, I usually wake up with them, but ever since Ghost Bed & pillow I haven’t woken up with a single migraine or neck ache! I would give this 10 stars if I could, it truly changed my sleep life!

Before this mattress, if I did get a good night's sleep, my body ached terribly. Often forced to rise earlier than necessary to stretch. Just a week on this mattress & my usual aches & pains are melting. I wake well rested & even lounge a bit on weekends, enjoying the absolute comfort of this mattress.

I love this bed. It has honestly changed my life, I fall to sleep fast, stay asleep and I wake up well rested. I thought my old bed was fine but I kept seeing the ghost bed ads and it finally convinced me. I’m so glad I bought it, I had no idea what I was missing out on.

I don't have any complaints about our new bed. Had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I don't anymore. Also woke up sore all over, especially my back. Since day one I have woke up refreshed and pain free. Didn't have to wait long for it to fluff up after setting it up. Barely any bounce when I or my husband move. We purchased a nectar bed before this one and it was absolutely awful. So we decided to give ghostbed a try. We love this bed and so far seems to hold up it’s quality and is very comfortable. I did have to give it only 4 stars as it has too much bounce and my partner and I can feel every move. However we are exchanging it for a nature sleep by ghostbed. My mother has a nature sleep bed from several years ago before they became part of ghostbed. I love her bed so I’m looking forward to this!
