We love that this blanket is made with a really soft fabric. I like that it is also thicker than most throw blankets. It has been washed several times now and we discovered it does shed a little bit. This is Not a dealbreaker by any means but prepare for little fuzzies left behind. The matching pillow is so soft and the added hand warmer pocket is nice. Beware the hand warmer pocket is also large enough to also serve as a hiding spot for your kids little toys and such. My son will not go to sleep now without this blanket since it is so soft. It is the perfect size for my 10 year old.
