Great customer service but mattress came unusable. Quite a hassle to schedule a return and set up a second one. They advertise 13” but barely measured 11”. Sides are not reinforced so you can’t sit on the edge.

We ordered the flex maybe about 3-4 weeks ago. It was super easy to put it together. The smell went away in a few hours. And it does become a little more firm than we are used to, but it is very comfy and great for my back.

on my 2nd night on this bed I would have to say that I have had the best sleep in over 7 years, no waking up, no tossing and turning it was pure bliss! I also have to say opening up the box and unveiling the bed is also a lot of fun!

Delivery was fast and efficient - Setup super easy- Adjustability and position options are fabulous- Mattress is comfortable but a bit too much on the soft side.

Better sleep and relaxation. Did have a hard time carrying box to bed because it was heavy, but when it was opened and decompressed, it is a comfortable bed.

The bed is very high quality and as is the foundation. I’m a side sleeper that wakes up with sore hips at night and this mattress is just too hard for me. I prefer a pillow top type mattress. No foam. Otherwise I highly recommend ghostbed.

This mattress is wonderful! It has helped me and my husband sleep so much better- no more waking up hot in the middle of the night, comfortable for all sleep positions, and barely moves when the other person gets up.

We absolutely love our new bed! What a wonderful place to lay your head at night. We toped our bed off with the ghost bed protector, sheets and pillows. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Purchased for our RV , it’s better then the mattress we had , a little harder then what we were told ghost beds. Hoping it softens up Not great for side sleepers

I absolutely love this mattress! At first, I thought it was too firm, but I soon realized that it was the perfect firmness for my body type (heavy person). Definitely a purchase I stand behind.
