The flex mattress is extremely comfortable, and I like that it is not all memory foam. The mattress seemed really hot at first, but I changed the mattress cover I was using and have not had issues since. The pillows that come with the purchase are comfortable, but they are made of some slippery material so pillow cases will NOT stay on them at all. I likely will not use them anymore. I had ordered the platform as well, but ended up not using it. It is not returnable!!! The platform was very heavy but seemed sturdy.

I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

Spent years on another memory foam mattress that was supposed to be the supreme. After sweating my life away in sleeplessness my wife and I decided to throw in the towel with trying to "fix" our at the time current mattress. Since owning our new Ghostbed Flex we've slept much more sound and comfortably. The night sweats and restlessness are gone. Wish we'd upgraded much sooner.

Just got our ghost bed flex two weeks ago and so far my wife and I are enjoying it. Still adjusting but chronic pain in my shoulder has gotten better and my wife is very pleased. Med to med firm seems like a fair assessment of the feel of the mattress and so far it hasn’t slept too hot (although it’s still winter here in the northeast). Shipping and setup were easy and quick. So far it’s been a very good experience.

Bed is good. Just a little firm but getting better sleep. Like the cooling comfort w/ o having to put a separate topper on it. Don’t be shy! Give the bed a try ! Just may require a break in period if you are used to a softer bed. I do have a mattress topper on mine for now but may remove it soon to see how I sleep w/o it. It just gives some softness on top of the mattress but it does support all the major pressure points of the body where it counts. Not disappointed!

Set up easily. We struggled to get the frame boxes up the stairs then decided to take them out of the box and it was much easier to handle them. We've been sleeping on the mattresses for 3 weeks and are very comfortable. We have twin XL. My husband is 6 ft 1 and he does slide down with feet hanging over when raising the back. Hopefully when the mattresses break in a little more they will bend with the frame and reduce this situation.

it does NOT support large people. I am only 5'11 but am muscular and weight 229 and this thing is Causing me more back pain, I even had my chiropractor monitor me to make sure I wasnt creating something, but no, its the BED, it is NOT what is represented.

I finally decided to buy a mattress online and did a lot of research. Ghostbed has the “cool” brand and great warranty. I’ve only had it a few weeks but is clearly the best mattress I have ever owned. I sleep better but want to finish then break on period to see if it gets even better (a little firmer than I am used to but I think it’s not broken in yet).

Replaced the cheap foam “ mattress” that came with my trailer. It was the worst. Been sleeping on this one for a month. Absolutely love it! Not once have I thought ‘ do I like this mattress’ because I fall asleep instantly. Very happy with this product and would recommend!

Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.
