This bed is a perfect balance between firmness and softness. The perfect solution for anyone who likes either one. We no longer wake up with aches and pains from our old pillow top mattress. The bed was very easy to install and that was a relief to us. We were nervous about putting the frame together but that was really a no brainier and the mattress was super easy to open.

Base and mattress were easy to set up.Base shipping box was beat up and some small damage that did not warrant the hassle of return. I wish legs were sturdier. 2 of the threaded inserts spun out. Lucky there were 2 more I could use. Mattress was firmer than expected. Ok first few weeks. Now that its broken in it's a little softer but thinner. I'm a side sleeper. 6ft 240. Now I sometimes feel springs .I'm looking into a topper option

After hearing the hype of this mattress on my favorite podcast for the last few years, I decided to finally bite the bullet. I was sceptical at first. I had recently purchased another memory foam/shipped in a box mattress with terrible results. Ghostbed's money back guarantee won be over from those worries. My lower back pain had turned into a tightening of the muscles which required me to try and stretch constantly at work. It had also let to shooting pains down my right leg into my foot. After ONE night with this mattress I was feeling better. I don't have those issues anymore and I'm sleeping much better. I ordered this bed, I couldn’t wait to break it in, got it unboxed and opened. Set it up and the mattress just puffed up and rose to form. It’s firm but not to firm, it’s easy to turn over and move from position to position. Also it sleeps well. Cool and comfortable and has completely decreased my back pain and corrected my ED. Great bed. Highly recommend.

From ordering to delivery to unboxing, everything is so simple. The flex hybrid mattress is a bit firmer than we prefer, but we are sleeping better than on our very old and softened mattress and with fewer aches and pains. We are strongly considering a foam topper to help ease the firmness. We bought two twin xl to use as a split king with the Ghostbed adjustable frame. The adjustable frame is life changing!

The bed feels soft yet it is also supportive and comfortable to sleep on. It seems to be a nice bed. However the shipping process needs to be better streamlined. I opened the mattress with out realizing the foundation was not in the box. So then had to keep using my old bed and also have a king size mattress on the floor of my room until the foundation showed up. It took about 4 shipments to get everything I ordered which means some one needs to be home to receive all the deliveries. I've only had the bed for about a month or so but so far it seems good.

The bed started out a little stiffer than what I was used to, sleeping on a mostly-spring mattress my whole life. The memory foam aspect got a couple days to get use to, but I was soon accustomed to it. 3 months after using this mattress, I can surely say that I've found better sleeping experiences in lieu of my previous mattress. The product lives up to its stellar quality well.

We absolutely love our new GhostBed! We had a high-end mattress with a gel-foam pillow top and combo covered coil system before, but the support just wasn’t very great for side sleepers. We now are noticing far less neck, shoulder, and hip pain...and we are fit and younger, so we are certain it is the mattress that is making the difference! Totally recommend.

Love the ability to adjust bed to my needs. ZG and tv are my 2 faves and the massage and the massage feature is the icing on the cake. I fall asleep every night with massage timer and then turn it back on in the middle of the night when one of my many aches or pains kick in and I’m back to sleep in no time. The adjustable beds are VERY heavy so you need 3 strong people to bring it up stairs, although I did bring them both in the house by myself ( I’m 5’ 11”, 158 lbs). Simple assembly took 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.
