I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

This was the first time I ever purchased a mattress that came in a box. I was a little skeptical at first on how something that is vacuum sealed could be that comfortable. I did my research & this company was highly rated. The Flex seemed to be a very popular choice amongst consumers. I was also looking for a mattress that was made in America. Just like the video, it comes rolled up, vacuum sealed. Set it up where you want it & break the seal. Behold, your mattress comes to life & takes shape! After a few hours, the moment of truth arrived. After laying down, I was very pleased. The top part, which is memory foam, is like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve had the Flex for almost a month now and I have no complaints. I’m a back & side sleeper and this is the right mattress for me. I highly recommend it!

My last mattress was a sleep number and I didn't like it, woke up throughout the night tossing and turning and waking up in pain. I was hoping my new mattress would make me feel better, I don't toss and turn as much but I still am hurting when I get out of bed. The flex is not working for me and that is the one that was recommended. I sleep on my side and back. I been sleeping on this mattress since dec 27, 2024.

After doing a lot of research on what matress to buy, I decided on the ghostbed flex. Initially I thought it was too soft. But now I think I'm used to it and have gotten good sleep! I think it would be best or most supportive for back sleepers (I am not) because when I lay on my back it feels great. Side sleeping feels better than stomach. Sleeping with someone, if you are both in the middle, you sink a little toward each other, which I don't like, but being I got a king, I can just move over. I do wish there was a firmer bed option offered by ghostbed, but I think I like the flex so far.

I purchased this bed with high hopes and while the customer service was great and the bed arrived within two weeks — it is not the undiscovered gem it boasts that it is. It is not firm enough as there is quite a bit of sag when you lay on it. As an individual with low back pain, this is the worst scenario I could encounter. I will be returning the bed and hope that the customer service will be just as great on the out kind as it was on the inbound!

This is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept, it hugs my body and gives it the full support it needs. I would wake up before wondering if my back would give out or if I'd have a pinched nerve, but the GhostBed Flex has given me the best night's sleep I could ever ask for. We researched these beds for a long time, probably going on 6 months. All I can say is just do it, you will not regret it. The flex hybrid was definitely more “sinky” than I thought, but my body loves it. The first weekend I fell asleep and woke up in the same position.

There's one big problem with this mattress. I don't want to get out of bed in the morning!! We researched all the different brands, went to a few showrooms to lie down and decided on Ghost. Great bed - we're sleeping well. The pillows are wonderful too! Plus, the dogs love it too!

Once we finally received it after waiting a month for delivery, the Ghostbed Hybrid was easy to set up and so far has provided us an excellent sleep experience vs. the Avocado bed we sent back. We have the pillows and they to work well as even in the desert climate we live in we get a cool, comfortable night's sleep.

Love! Love! Love! I recently had back surgery and this bed has been a God send. My back is well supported and yet soft enough I don’t end up in pain after sleeping. No pressure pains!! My dogs even love it. One has given up her bed and just sleeps on mine. My only problem is wanting to stay in bed all day.
