Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.

My husband is a hard mattress guy and I like softer mattresses. I was worried this would be too soft for the hubs. We have had this mattress since middle of Jan 2021 and are still loving it. The memory foam makes it feel like you sink in but you still have support because of the springs. My husband always sleeps hot and this mattress has cut down on the amount of sweat tremendously, even with the protector on.

Just got our ghost bed flex two weeks ago and so far my wife and I are enjoying it. Still adjusting but chronic pain in my shoulder has gotten better and my wife is very pleased. Med to med firm seems like a fair assessment of the feel of the mattress and so far it hasn’t slept too hot (although it’s still winter here in the northeast). Shipping and setup were easy and quick. So far it’s been a very good experience.

So far our Ghostbed Flex has been great! Buying process very simple, excellent communication answering all of my questions, fast shipping and a great product. Hard to beat! Replaced our pillow top traditional innerspring mattress that wore out very quickly, 2 months in and no issues. Being 215-220 lbs this bed matches my body for back as well as side sleeping, perfect for couples.

The bed is ok. The mattress is not any more comfortable than the one that was replaced. The massage is more like a vibrate. I do like that I can set it to read mode, sleep or zero gravity. Set up was very easy; I did it myself. I would recommend if you have help, definitely use it. The base is very heavy.

Greatest bed ever. When I have the amount of women I have (4) at the same time in my bed, I need support. Very hard to but I manage to please all of them and that’s a direct correlation to my new Ghost Bed. Furthermore, when I drop my loads all over them (never in them, don’t want kids) I need not to worry about staining the mattress because of the Ghost Bed mattress cover. Anyways, great mattress and great company 5 stars all the way. #drinkinbros

The bed is not firm enough. Shoulders and legs are supported ok, but your butt sinks right down if you’re over 200lbs. I got this bed because based on the quiz and reviews it should have been ok. It is not ok. Way too much foam before coils to be supportive. Even the cat is freaked by the mushiness and has been sleeping on my pillow. I do not like solid memory foam beds and have found other hybrids that I like, so I thought this would be comparable. My mistake. This bed may claim to hold 750lbs of people but it won’t support but about half that weight without dipping.

Although this bed is great for me, it didn't seem to work well for my wife. She particularly didn't like the top cover material. I added a mattress cover on it which seemed to work for a week, but then she was not happy with the "sink in". I think this bed is great for people who like to sleep in-bed vs on-bed, if that makes sense.

I spent several weeks researching many mattress companies and the various style mattresses they offered. After many reviews and making a checklist of what was important to my husband and myself I chose the Ghostbed flex. It shipped to my house quickly, we set it up easily (me and my 13 yo son), and we were able to sleep on it the first night. It was GREAT! My husband and I love it, it is the perfect blend of comfort and support. We are getting the best sleep ever and no more waking up with back pain and having to crack it every morning to function. Best decision ever, just ordered two pillows and can't wait to try them as well

My husband is a very large size Man compared to me and he sleeps on his side and sometimes on his back. For years he is woken up and not said anything but apparently was just uncomfortable and on his side of the bed the mattress has lost any ability to hold him comfortably. For me my sleeping issues what are unknown to me. What I mean is, I have had back problems and simply attributed how I felt in the morning knots to the mattress itself but to the fact that my back was just screwed up. However my back pain was actually due to the mattress we were sleeping on. I knew that his side wasn't necessarily as firm as mine because when I would lay on his side versus mine there's a distinct difference and how it felt. What I didn't realize though was that my side because it had at one point been his side was also broken down. Our current new ghostbed mattress has my husband waking up in the morning feeling amazing and I go to sleep on a bed of absolute perfection and comfort. Well worth the money hands down.
