First two days the connection is good,but its getting bad and unsteady later on.. and no option for contact with live chat.

This headset works great! It is lightweight with long battery life. Also the buds fit nice and snug, ideal for working out.

Headphones hold a solid charge and are good for traveling. Easy to forget they are around your neck.

I had these for almost a year and one day it just disconnected and wouldn't connect. It gets charged but won't be detected by any device.
