My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and were intrigued by the influx of direct purchase opportunities available online. We did the research, I even attended a conference with the guys from a competing company but something drew us to the Ghost Bed. It may have had a little to do with the Cubs in terms of awareness but once we got the actual mattress, just... wow. It is insanely comfortable almost baffling in its ability to draw you in and produce an amazing night’s sleep. We couldn’t possibly endorse a mattress more!

The setup was a breeze. Super easy to setup and fun to watch it expand. Bed ended up being very comfortable. It wasn't as cool as we were hoping compared to our older spring mattress, but cool enough (it's winter when I write this so it's a little hard to judge fairly). I wouldn't say that I'd rave about the mattress but I sleep great and the bed is plenty comfy when I'm awake and just not ready to get up yet.

awesome but a bit difficult for seniors to handle... we requested the white glove delivery. When we looked at our invoice it wasn’t included. Called but it wasn’t available. That was not user friendly... 80 years old and wrestling this box mattress ...

Great bed! It took a few weeks for us to get use to it. We both seem to sleep better. We use to both get pain points on our hips and shoulders from sleeping on our sides. Not any more.... Also the adjustable base has turned out be amazing!!!!! Reading, watching TV, and zero gravity options gets used often as well as the massage modes. I did a ton of research and descided on the Ghostbed after many reviews.....Especially after Consumer Reports gave it a score of 77 points. Which blows away all of the Tempur Pedic scores and about a quarter of the price. In my option this is the Best Buy “cooling” bed on the market and it has the reviews to prove it. My wife I both sleep hot. I have been reluctant to purchase a bed like this because many of these beds are extremely hot and don’t breath. Rest assured you won’t be hot. This mattress is literally cold to the touch......

I haven't slept for morr than 5 hours for almost 20 years. Since we received our adjustable base and Venus Williams mattress, I haven't slept less than 7 hours. I don't do reviews. I'm only writing those who are questioning the purchase. If you're like me and have spent decades with different flat bed mattresses of all types and still have a hard time staying asleep - don't read further. It's completely worth it.

Having a hard time finding sheets that will actually stay on the mattress. I’ve tried ordering GhostBed sheets but there has been some major mixups with the shipping. I’m unable to reach them by phone it puts you straight to voicemail and like most people I do not answer phone numbers I do not know so it’s becoming an endless cycle of phone tag. I will say they have contacted me by email so I am trying that route to see if the problem gets resolved.

My husband and I have been suffering with back, shoulder, neck and golf elbow issues for years. After the first couple nights with our new ghost bed, our issues have almost completely gone away! It's incredibly comfortable and cool! We are so impressed!

Mattress feels ok, nothing special. Cover feels cool to the touch, until you put sheets on. Sleeps cooler than memory foam, but not as cool as I would like. Big selling point was how cool this mattress keeps you. For me, I’m not impressed. Plan on returning at the end of my required 30 days. Some people may love it... but for the price I think there are better options. Probably will go with a highbred innerspring mattress next time

We were so excited about a bed that wouldn't make us hot. We noticed no improvement in temperature regulation from our prior mattress. What we added was our sheets not staying on the mattress and our pillow cases sliding right off the pillows. Every night. And in just a few months, we already have a cavern in the middle that we slide into every night. This was why we replaced our other mattress, but that one took 5-6 years to develop the pit. Disappointed to say the least.

I am coming from a Saatva Luxury Firm, which I loved but which was only a queen. Great back support. After taking the ghostbed eval I was under the impression this would be a firm mattress. However, it sinks during the night and eventually forms a U under me. I'm not a big guy. I'm 5'8" 180lbs. I expected better support. I'll likely be returning.
