My wife had back pain everyday with our old mattress. With this new Ghostbed, her back pain is completely gone. She gives a 5 star rating. I give a 4 star rating because I don’t feel any “cooling” on the mattress once we put sheets on the mattress. Without sheets, I do feel the cooling feature of the mattress, but it’s not really practical to sleep with no sheets. That said, I don’t have any other experience on a different memory foam mattress, so it may be cooler than others. As for the rest of the mattress, I agree with a prior review. It feels like a slab of concrete when i first laid on it, but I feel that I subtly sink in a little during the night. It took me a week or so, but I sleep very well on this mattress.

I’ve had a Ghostbed for about a month now, and I don’t wake up in the middle of the night with back/shoulder pain anymore. I used to have a Casper, but it was too hot, and I’d eventually end up uncomfortable and have to change positions throughout the night.

Had both queen and king Ghostbed Luxe mattresses delivered just before Thanksgiving for an extended family get-together. I loved that the mattresses fully expanded upon removal from the box and had very little odor if at all. I had the pleasure of sleeping on the king bed and it was heaven! I slept like a dream! I felt the support but also the comfort of the plush, cushioned top. The Lux beds are fantastic! Customer service was terrific---the rep who sold me the mattresses calmed my fears about everything arriving in time for the holiday. Very pleased with my whole experience with Ghostbed! Who knew there were so many memory foam mattresses out there? We had promised ourselves to redo our master bedroom, from the carpet to a new mattress. After much research we chose the GhostBed LUXE king. We also purchased the adjustable base to complete the transition from our old bed. We never expected it to have so many features, but "Wow!". The unboxing of our mattress was super easy and we were quite impressed with how cool to the touch the top is. After putting everything together (base, mattress, protector, sheets, comforter) we had our first night's sleep on what immediately confirmed that we had made a great choice for our new bed. And the pillows - they are such a perfect mate for the bed itself. I had been used to using two pillows for proper support but have found that the Ghost pillow is perfect for me without anything extra. It is so nice to be able to spend an entire night's sleep without the constant twisting and turning to find the "right" position or comfort zone. It almost makes you not want to get out of bed.....

And we really love the bed. We had my old bed since I was 9 years old we are now 30 haha. We sat and thought about getting a bed and went through every bed out there cause I'm the type I don't get anything unless its broke. I have to say I wish I didn't waiting it's so comfy and we stinking love it !!

awesome but a bit difficult for seniors to handle... we requested the white glove delivery. When we looked at our invoice it wasn’t included. Called but it wasn’t available. That was not user friendly... 80 years old and wrestling this box mattress ...

First few nights were amazing. Was like sleeping on a cloud. But my body adjusted and I get back pains again. Not nearly as bad as my last mattress tho, so this was an improvement. Overall I am satisfied. My back is F’d up with sciatica, so the mattress is probably better than I’m giving it credit for

This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I usually sleep hot but not anymore. My back doesn’t hurt anymore either. My wife’s grandfather came over the try out the mattress. As soon as he felt it he ordered two for his house. This is a great investment for a better sleep which makes for better days.

Love my bed! As a person with fibromyalgia and sciatica I have literally tried several beds over the years, all of them expensive high end. I was sleeping on my leather sofa because the most recent bed was a fail too....not quite a year old! This Ghostbed was my last hope. So far I am more than satisfied and recommend this bed.

I have several sleep issues so I did a lot of research on mattresses before getting a new one. I ended up buying the GhostBed Luxe Foam because it was rated as:* Good for side sleepers (soft enough that there aren't pressure points)* Good for couples (motion isolation)* Cooling (for hot sleepers)Unfortunately, my GhostBed Luxe only achieved one out of three. - It's far too firm for a side sleeper. While my hip is supported without pressure, my shoulder feels like I'm laying on a board. I need something more plush that my shoulder can sink into without the rest of my body sinking along with it. - There's very little motion isolation. If my husband twitches, I feel it on the other side of the (king sized!) mattress. I'm genuinely confused on how so many reviews raved about the motion isolation and how great this mattress was for couples. That has not been my experience.- It is definitely cooling. The first night we slept on it was the first night in years that I didn't have to kick off the covers halfway through the night. Unfortunately, due to the first two issues, I've had to get not one but two mattress toppers to compensate for the hardness and lack of motion isolation. As a result, the cooling feature is entirely useless as it's buried beneath 5 inches of latex, memory foam and down alternative. I'm very disappointed. I would return it, but based on the experiences of others attempting to make a return to GhostBed, shipping is not free and the logistics of finding a shipping company is nightmarish. Definitely the last time I purchase a mattress online.
