I took the test offered by the website and purchased the Luxe based on that test. My daughter has the original Ghost bed and I would like to exchange mine for an original. I find the sides are to soft and I feel like I'm going to fall off, I do prefer to sleep close to edge but am very uncomfportable doing so on this mattress. I also tend to slip off the soft sides.

Under certain circumstances the Ghostbed mattress may be returned for a refund. What the company doesn’t tell you is they will not accept returns on accessories such as the box spring/foundation. Their website doesn’t warn you about this policy. This is very deceptive and misleading. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Florida regarding this deceptive practice.

Well we were in the market to get a new mattress for our new home. We knew a foam mattress was perfect for us so we narrowed it down to the GhostBed LUXE and the Loom and Leaf. I had previously purchased a GhostBed foam mattress for my apartment and it was wonderful...soft, cool, solid and very supportive. This basically nudged us in getting the LUXE over the Loom and Leaf, with all of the same great features plus a little extra. It’s been about 2 weeks since we’ve had the bed and so far we’re super pleased, the mattress is even more plush than the original GhostBed but still very supportive. Only thing I’d say is an opportunity is the side walls give in more than I expected, no big deal if you don’t plan on sitting on the edge of the bed for extended periods of time. Overall we’re very satisfied with our purchase.

My husband has told me all about this bed they talk about on the Drinkin’ Bros podcast & how it sounds amazing. My father in law got one first & they love it! So after reading reviews on multiple beds of the same idea we bought this one! Then while I was waiting to get it & was reading that it’s not ideal for side sleepers which made me nervous but I’d give it a shot anyway. We got it & it’s been about a month now & we both LOVE IT! I have no issues sleeping on my side. I sleep all through the night & it’s so wonderful. If you’re on the fence about getting this bed, just do it! 20/10.

The bed is a 5-6 firmness which is perfect for my husband who sleeps in all positions. I sleep on my sides and get troch bursitis (hip pain) easily. This bed is perfect and I've had no pain as a side sleeper. The mattress is very cooling and made of slippery material. I use bamboo sheets that keep it cool, but they slide around. Our typical jersey sheets don't allow us to stay cool. Taking one star away because we cannot find the perfect mattress protector - the 2 we tried interrupt the cooling factor of the mattress.

Well let me just tell you, we are about 30 days into sleeping on our new Ghost Bed LUXE mattress, and the only complaint that I have is that when you sit on the side of the bed you feel like you are going to fall off - BUT other than that - I have been sleeping great, and so has my husband. It is a pleasure to wake up without a sore back or side. I sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his back, and both of us are very happy with our new bed. Thank you GhostBed for giving us back restful sleep!

Upon initial receipt of this product I was overjoyed. This quickly changed when unboxing the bed. After unwrapping it (not cutting the vacuum seal as the instructions mention) my bed popped open abruptly, not giving me time to appropriately place it on my bed and knocking me, along with other things in the room around. The bed was not in fact, vacuum sealed like it should have been. During COVID this was alarming but I was told not to worry, after contacting Ghostbed and having someone get back with me 2 weeks later. The bed itself was initially nice, comfy, and cool to the touch (when I first laid on it). This has not lasted. I have only had the bed for a month and it has not been my favorite so far. I am trying to give it ample time for my body to adjust but it was not the amazing bed I thought. My back and neck actually hurt more now than when I got the bed. I’m hoping my body is just taking longer to adjust and I will eventually love it. I guess time will tell...

I really wanted to like the ghost bed because it was the first mattress of this type that didn't make me sweat. It was too firm for me and caused my lower back to hurt but I guess I just need a softer mattress. Return process was not difficulty. Contacted a donation place, they picked up the mattress, and I sent off the requested paperwork for a smooth return. I still have a 4 star rating because it was a high quality mattress.

It's a wonderful mattress so far... I've had it 2 weeks and very pleased. The draw back to ghostbed company is the no one at CS has the authority to get anything done and the process is time consuming and annoying to the customer. If, I didn't like the bed so much I would have returned it on principal alone.

I can’t say it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had but it’s definitely better than the mattress we had and nice to sleep on. The mattress protector makes it so that we don’t get the full effect of the cooling feature, but it’s still mildly noticeable I’d say. Overall, happy with our purchase.
