Bought the XXL as the size chart said 11/12, which I'm afraid 11 1/2. But the box said 10.5/11. So disappointed.

These are very comfortable and soft but the soft fuzz around the back of one of the slippers is falling out.

These just arrived. I ordered the XXL which is 11 to 12 size, but it is NOT, It is size 10.5 to 11.

Buy these every year. Quality is horrible this year. I have the black ones and they are falling apart, leaving black fur all over my house.

I've been buying isotoner slippers for years. The beige/brown ones this year shed worse than the dogs!

They shred continually. I purchased the pair in black and they leave tufts of black fuzz everywhere!

The size chart is WRONG! MEDIUM is 8-9 not 9.5-10.5. i wish i could return but its more difficult to return then to donate.

I really like these slippers as I have bought several pairs. But one pair is separating in the front toe area, and I have only had them for a short time. Would still buy more though! Price is good, too.

Sizes listed in the picture do not match what was shown on the box when i received them. I ordered large expecting them to fit an 11-12 shoe size however the box indicates they are for a 9.5-10.5. have to return them.

Sizing is wrong. I ordered Medium which shows size 9.5-10.5 in the product display online. The slippers I that were shipped were size 8-9. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, so these are a little snug but I can wear. Not worth paying return shipping.
