I can not believe how much better my sleep has been since the set up of our new mattress! I do not wake up achy or stiff. My back, hips, shoulders, and neck no longer hurt throughout the day. My husband loves that this is a supportive mattress that adjusts to your sleeping position. We both really enjoy the cooling technology that allows our pillows and bed to start cool throughout the night. Set up was incredibly simple and provided not only written instructions but informative videos too!

The setup out of the box was a piece of cake. Easy to take out and roll right across the platform. The softness of the bed was really weird for the first week. You definitely have to give it time to get use to. The flex is nice but very soft. I may have been better off getting the matrix being it said it’s a little firmer. Who knows maybe another review in the future.

i switched from a regular memory foam bed to this bed. Oh what a difference, this bed is so comfy and i dont sink in. The coils on here are so quiet and doesn't wake my husband when i get home from work. I am i glad on switch to this bed. Totally recommend it. I am glad this is made in America.

The buying process was nice. The bed is made very well, but it doesn't give at all. It is way too firm. I did a lot of research before I bought this bed. The first night that I slept on it was terrible. After about two weeks of sleeping on this bed, my back pain has gotten much worse. I also did not have neck pain prior to using this bed, but now I do. The box was quite damaged when we received it, but nothing was damaged internally. Unboxing the bed was fun and it was amazing that a king size bed could fit in such a small box. The company has been very friendly throughout the process. I like the company, but unfortunately this is not the bed for my wife an I.

I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other! I added the adjustable base and am able to find the perfect position for the best possible sleep every night. And the pillows are perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I love my new Ghost Bed Flex. This is my first non-traditional mattress. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. I am 6'1" and 275lbs. I am comfortable in any position. I am able to sleep on my side as well without cutting of the circulation in my arms. During the purchase, they included two free Ghost Pillows. Those are the best pillow i have ever used. I sleep very warm and now I stay cooler and wake up without a sweaty shirt. My only minor complaint is that the bed is a little warmer than I was expecting. I wish I had gotten this bed years ago.

After experiencing low back and shoulder pain, I checked back and found that our mattress was 20 years old! Time does pass quickly! I researched many types of mattress then decided to try the GhostBed. My husband was skeptical about buying a mattress by mail but with the trial period, he agreed. Now he loves this mattress and I do too. It really is just right. Not soft, not firm/hard. Support without being hard and soft without being mushy. Great purchase for us.

Overall happy so far! I think I could've went with a little softer, but I still feel a slight comfy cradling once I sink in. The delivery took a slight bit longer than expected but nothing to complain about. It was also delivered to my garage instead of near my door which made for a difficult maneuver for 5'3" me. Still getting used to it, but have not woken up a single day yet with lower back pain, a regular for my previous mattress.

this bed is great if you like a firm mattress i have to say this as i came from a semi soft mattres where i would sink in, and it was actually really bad for my spine, i do sleep better now that my spine is aligned and i tend to sleep on my side. some people had said this isnt a good bed for side sleepers, however i simply must disagree, so long as you place one pillow in between your legs so that your pelvis doesnt cross it actually does help you maintain a very straight posture during sleep and your muscles will thank you in the morning.

I was excited to receive this mattress, I was impressed by how well it was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have much of a cooling affect. I order this mattress because I heat up while i sleep, but this doesn't help at all. I would only recommend to those that are not expecting a cooling mattress.
