Anyhow, been taking it for about four years now. I do believe how you take it is very important. I usually wake up at 2-3 AM to use the restroom then go back to bed until 7AM. Empty stomach is critical to effectiveness. Aside from the skin tone affects I noticed a considerable effect in the gym. Increase in strength and stamina.
