It really does give you a youthful appearance and I've noticed my wrinkles are minimum compared to my friends the same age. Growing up on the beach that's a big plus for me too as my skin has stayed smooth and supple just from using this daily.

I have been taking this since I was 71. I don't know if my age is a factor, I'm now 73, or not but I regret to say I really don't sleep any better and I have not noticed any skin firming or wrinkle decrease. Why am I still taking it? I'm not sure what will happen if I stop.
