I starting taking the product with high hopes of it working. I took it for around a month and starting having severe hip pain. It felt like I needed a double hip replacement. I also started having carpel tunnel like pain in my left arm. I have discontinued use around 2 weeks ago and am almost back to normal.

It is nice to have on hand in case of emergencies or a time when my regular order of the pills is delayed (like last time my auto shipment was). I loved it but still prefer the pills. I can take them in the middle of the night. That way I am assured the 2 hours before and after I take the supplement. As much as I like the drink, if I take then I have to watch the time more closely to be sure to follow the directions. Either way I love the SeroVital supplements and hope to try the skin care products soon. I have to watch my finances at my age. When I do get to try them I am sure I will love them as well.
