I can tell that there is a positive change in my energy levels - I definitely don't feel as tired as before and I don't feel like I need to go to bed at 9 pm, as I used to before I started the products. On my 73 birthday this month, I skied to the top of Homestake Peak in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, at 13,209 feet with minus 20 temperatures and 40 knot winds. If you think that's easy for a 73 year old, think again. It takes muscle, guts and true grit to summit a mountain that high in January. Not only does my body feel great, SeroVital gives me the guts to conquer mountains. I'm also bicycling across America this summer. And, it's true, most people think I look like I'm in my late 50's. Not bad for an old guy! (I tried to load a photo of yours truly at the summit, but it said my photo is too large. It's just a regular camera with a regular digital capacity. Second, be aware that there's a strict sequence in which to take the capsules. 3)You need to plan ahead for a time that your stomach is empty AND when you'll have 2 hours after taking the capsules when you do not eat or drink anything but water. 5) It's Dec. 15 & I've just begun the regime.6) I'll come back in 4 weeks which is when it's recommended to take the "after "photo.7) I'll let you know my observations at that stage. 8) Also, it's premature to tell if I'd recommend this to a friend.
