I can tell that there is a positive change in my energy levels - I definitely don't feel as tired as before and I don't feel like I need to go to bed at 9 pm, as I used to before I started the products. So far I am happy with this. Will finish the box to see how I will feel after the course.

Anyhow, been taking it for about four years now. I do believe how you take it is very important. I usually wake up at 2-3 AM to use the restroom then go back to bed until 7AM. Empty stomach is critical to effectiveness. Aside from the skin tone affects I noticed a considerable effect in the gym. Increase in strength and stamina.

That being said, I read that Serovital clinical studies are done on MEN but advertised towards women. I will finish this product box but may not buy more until I see it does studies on WOMEN.

I just purchased so cannot say much about results but starting from the packaging everything is screams "quality" about this product. I don't typically like individually packed products due to environmental reasons but the boxes they come in are cardboard and I like that they are not plastic covered or waxed paper. I cannot wait for the results to kick in. I remember my mom used to have this product back in Finland where I grew up so I think it's a pretty global and trustworthy product.
