I've been taking Serovital for several years and I really can feel a drop in my energy when I don't take it for a couple of days. My main problem is that I have trouble swallowing the large capsules so I am thrilled to find the dissolving powder version. I can now take it easier and am back to taking it daily again with no choking concerns. My skin and daily energy thank you.

I took a photo at the beginning and again when I finished them. The only results I noticed were a new breakout of the acne I thought I was rid of at the age of 77.
