I was not expecting any miracles however, I figured if it helped in any of the ways that it mentions then I would be happy. It took about seven or eight weeks before I started to notice that I had a little bit more energy and my weight seemed to be coming down slightly. This was very realistic for me and I believe that this is the way the body is meant to function by taking the nutrients that your body needs to help you along the path. I find that this is exactly what Serovital did for me and I am happy to continue taking the supplement and receiving the much needed benefits. I have a better sense of calmness so perhaps it has helped with better sleep. Overall, it seems to have many benefits depending upon what your body needs. I would suggest taking it faithfully and giving it time 😊!

What really surprised us, was that we both thought that the beneficial effects began almost immediately. As in the next day! We both noticed improvements in our skin after one use. Since we began using Sero Vital, we've each also lost almost 50 pounds as well, with no major changes in activity. We're both active and work out regularly, but we both seemed resigned to the fact that our bodies had just kind of settled in to never being thin. Sero Vital changed that in a big way. At 6' 1" I went from 230 lbs to 180 lbs. My wife went from 180 to 145. Obviously, we've been thrilled with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Serovital for many years and at 56 I feel and look my best . I can attest that this product is really good . Now , I was surprised about the switch of packaging. While I understand the motivation , as a user I find this new idea awful , impractical and a downgrade to what Serovital is as a whole . Part of the appeal was the single packs , easy to count if someone forgets a dose or not sure if , also allows you to bring it with you wherever you go ( in a pocket or bag ) while traveling just taking what needed for the days one is away. In addition with this new packaging once opened pills jump out of the bottle into the floor each time ones open it at first doses , if not to the floor one always touch some capsules with a hand and then back into the bottle which makes it not only impractical but also not very clean . If taking a few pills to work or on a weekend trip , I have to now pack it with my own bags which is annoying or bring the full bottle with me wherever I go. This makes Serovital like any other ordinary supplement in terms of packaging. Not happy about this switch and I predict many people will end up canceling subscriptions down the road . A shame cause the product is the same and it is good . You should give people a choice on how to get their supply instead of imposing this change to loyal costumers .
