Hi there, please use one completely before starting the other. The directions for SeroVital ADVANCED are as follows: please take the Morning Blend (the white and red tablets) with breakfast. Take the Evening Blend (the 4 yellow capsules) before you go to bed. Do not eat or drink anything except water two hours before and after taking the yellow capsules.
