My skin’s texture and appearance improved, it was softer and the lines in my face seemed less pronounced. After 3 months I can also feel the difference. I have had friends and family notice as well. This is a must have and I cannot overstate how balanced it makes me feel and how well I sleep. I have told all my friends and family they must try it.
