I have gone through a lot of highly stressful situations and emotions over the last few years that have left me feeling and looking drained. I'm only into the first months of using SeroVital but so far it has been well worth it. I feel more energetic which takes a lot of caffeine usually and now I don't need as much to get my day started. I have horrible insomnia issues and this product is beginning to help me get a better quality of sleep as well. It's all been gradual but quick enough to feel it. I am not using it for the anti-wrinkle specifically but I notice my skin does feel firmer and a little glow. I can't wait to see and feel the effects after 6 months and then a year.

I have definately noticed that my muscles are not recovering like they were when taking Serovial and I am much more sore from manjal labor that I would hardly aaffect me previously. I was not expecting any miracles however, I figured if it helped in any of the ways that it mentions then I would be happy. It took about seven or eight weeks before I started to notice that I had a little bit more energy and my weight seemed to be coming down slightly.
