That was enough to keep me going. My energy level has improved, and my daughter said it looked like I lost weight. I honestly don’t think I lost more than 3 lbs but it wasn’t so much about the weight as the rest of the changes in my body. My waistline is smaller, my sleep pattern seems better and I’m hoping I see more positive things the longer j take it. The one thing I would say is, please come up with things that people are allowed to drink other than water before and after taking this. I would never have a problem if u could just have water with lemon juice...no sweetener needed.
