And now at 8 weeks on SeroVital, I have more energy, plus as I look in the mirror and scrutinize the face looking back, I am starting to notice that the circles beneath my eyes are gradually disappearing, and my skin appears tighter and brighter. No, at 77 years old, I don't expect to look in my twenties, but I AM looking a bit younger in just two short months. This is what keeps me going. I'll have no energy and I'll continue to look my age as I get older. I do have a little trick when it comes to taking SeroVital on an empty stomach (two hours before eating and two hours after). That gives me time to either go back to bed for a little while, or to shower or whatever I chose to do before breakfast. For me this little routine works perfectly.

I didn't have signs of becoming more youthful but also didn't have signs of aging during a couple years of excessive stress. I was in my 50 then and in great health with excellent nutrition.
