Not always the easiest to get the no food or drink two hours before and two hours after - I tend to fall asleep before taking it. I’ve seen no effect on weight or appetite.

This product, taken daily as suggested improves my overall health and well being. I look and feel younger with energy and stamina. At 59 I can keep up with my 28 year old daughter in some intense exercise classes (Sprint cycling, body pump, pound). People always act surprised when they learn my age thanks in part to SeroVital!

My hair seems thicker. The facial lines and wrinkles have diminished in number and size. Granted, it won’t reverse the aging process completely, but it sure helps!

It is nice to have on hand in case of emergencies or a time when my regular order of the pills is delayed (like last time my auto shipment was). I loved it but still prefer the pills. I can take them in the middle of the night. That way I am assured the 2 hours before and after I take the supplement. As much as I like the drink, if I take then I have to watch the time more closely to be sure to follow the directions. Either way I love the SeroVital supplements and hope to try the skin care products soon. I have to watch my finances at my age. When I do get to try them I am sure I will love them as well.

I took this as directed every day and my results were just amazing! I have chronic pain. I do try to stay active, but it is difficult especially in the winter. Thanks to Serovital, it felt like I got my ability to move and stretch and walk back! I never thought I would have that again. I used to smoke cigarettes and have some deep wrinkles around my mouth.
