I've used this item for well into a month now and have seen dramatic changes in my skin! Facial skin has an appearance so youthful and pours are very minimal I've noticed. I would prolly keep taking them anyway if less to take! With all the other supplements one has to take daily this just adds way too much! Also the powder supplements don’t taste that good.
