Last summer I was having some stomach issues and couldn't take any type of supplements for several months. I was still watching what I ate and working out the same but I noticed a significant decrease in muscle tone. Once everything was back to normal I started taking the hgh supplement again. It took a few months but my muscle mass did come back. I also noticed a huge difference in the elasticity of my skin when I was not taking SeroVital.

During the time i had been taking it for 3 years or so I ran out and didn't think it was working and I noticed that wrinkles were showing up again. I will not be without it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking this for two years didn’t see results & way too may pills ti take in a day! Why can’t they put all 6 pills into 2 to 3. I would prolly keep taking them anyway if less to take! With all the other supplements one has to take daily this just adds way too much! Also the powder supplements don’t taste that good.

I noticed deeper sleep and a great improvement in my energy levels, specifically in the mornings! I don’t believe I used it long enough to show skin improvements; however, I believe there could be a potential for it.

I decided to since I have hashimoto thyroid disorder and went straight into menopause after having a complete hysterectomy. I am going to be 53 years old. All of this is a combination of complete and uter chaos to the female body. I am so glad I purchased this product. my sleep has improved and my energy has improved also. I will continue to take the product, reducing fine line and wrinkles will be icing on the cake!

I’m about to finish my third box of Serovital hgh and I could not be happier! My skin is smoother, my hair is fuller and has bounce! My husband saw the infomercial and suggested I research the product. I researched and read the reviews. Because I want to live a long , happy, healthy life I decided to give it a try! It took me about a month to figure out the best time of day to take it ( bc I take thyroid medication and eat every three hours...) . That was THE ONLY ISSUE I had! Problem solved, right before I climb into bed I take. I take one package with a full 8 oz glass of , which I drink then anyway.... Within a month I noticed subtle changes.....three months now and I am very happy with the changes! I had sleep issues before and had always taken things to help me sleep....no more!
