[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I just hit 57 annd I’ve only made it through my very first box-with which I need to be more consistent; but due to my mom’s 3 strokes and recent passing, having a son in the hospital, another working after school, and many changes going on, things have been chaotic. I have noticed that when I am able (have time!) to sleep, I do rest better; and I have a good bit more energy to spread out with my kids (14-35), and my grandkids (3-12). I’ve been keeping up with runs to the hospital, running youngest kids to and from school and work —plus helping my older daughter with her 2 little boys while she’s been down with a broken foot! Looks like I found Serovital JUST In TIME! I had no idea I would be spread so thin -and with the holidays upon us too! All I can say is TRY IT! I believe you will be VERY GLAD you did! I get much more accomplished with greater ease. 3. I’m seeing excess fat leaving and more definition occurring and the body fat becoming more evenly distributed. Using this product is a “lifestyle” choice. It is a choice for well-being and living better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have heard lots of great things about growth hormone and I wanted to try a product containing it which this one does. I have to admit this supplement is a pain in the booty to take. You must take on an empty stomach to be effective that means not within 2 hours of eating anything and with a full glass of water only. These pills are rather large and make me feel nauseous when taking on empty stomach... Sad story because I don’t take every single day because it’s so uncomfortable, though when I do take I’m definitely not hungry so it does curb the appetite one could say. I cannot comment on any change in tighter or younger skin, have not seen a difference really, biggest notice would be that I’m not as hungry when taking and that these are extremely difficult to take and un enjoyable to take. Will probably be looking for an alternative in future.

Also, the muscle tone in my middle and upper body is better than ever. The next step is to expand my success to include lower body tone-up! I am 47, and I never worked out with weights (or using my own weight/ strength training) until I began this product. I will add that, a few years ago, I first purchased product. I put it aside (didn't finish the box/ took about 2 weeks' worth not at all as directed). Of recent, I committed to using the product as directed and it works. I am happy I did.
