I have been a long time user of the capsules and love them for all their benefits. I received the powder as a trial. I was able to get two doses down but I’ll have to throw away the rest because I don’t think I can stomach them. I like the idea of a powder rather than capsules but for me, the flavor is just not palatable. In my opinion there’s a lot of improvement to be made in the powder’s flavor.

I just purchased so cannot say much about results but starting from the packaging everything is screams "quality" about this product. I don't typically like individually packed products due to environmental reasons but the boxes they come in are cardboard and I like that they are not plastic covered or waxed paper. I cannot wait for the results to kick in. I remember my mom used to have this product back in Finland where I grew up so I think it's a pretty global and trustworthy product.
