I have been taking it for a month and my skin is still looking bettter everyday. I am so pleased with the results so far. I have wanted to try it and I am glad I did. I hope that as I keep taking it my weight will also improve. It is to early to tell right now. I am so glad that I got my energy back. It really does give you a youthful appearance and I've noticed my wrinkles are minimum compared to my friends the same age.
