Muscle tone improves and I have energy to run 5k in the evening before bed. I take the pills before bed to try and get the most HGH and better rest. I'm currently 43 but feel 22 when I'm taking this and doing my exercises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I own some of that to Serovital. Eating right and regular exercise are also important as is following a regular skin routine of cleansing and exfoliation..
