I trully love it. The fruit punch drink taste great. I have taken it for 15 days now and will continue I have already seen a slight change in my mood, attitude etc.

This product is great. I've been using it for years. I put the capsules next to my bed and take them in the middle of the night. That way I am certain to take on an empty stomach. With that said, I sleep better since I have been taking them!!!!!
