Great sweet potatoes

I am obsessed with sweet potatoes. And Sam’s has such a good deal when buying a bag of them. I cut the entire bag of potatoes into cubes and put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt. Put in oven and cook at 400 for 1 hour 10 minutes. They come out absolutely perfect ( in my oven at least). My husky loves them too. In fat my whole family fights over them. They are like candy. Sooo good! Try it.

Fresh sweet potato, ready to bake. check to make sure your sizes in the bag are similar enough for each meal. Wall the potatoes. Then simply cover them with olive oil, put a fork in all of them 4-5 times, then sprinkle with Sea salt. Cook on a foil lined pan for easy clean up. 375° for 45-60 minutes, depending on size. Test for doneness when a fork penetrates easily. Always a great choice when their available!

This review is more about quality control than the actual product... The attached picture is of the 1st sweet potatoes that pulled from this bag the day I picked up my order... They seem like decent potatoes overall. Sam's just needs to tighten up their belts on their fresh produce quality as this is not the first time I have found items past their shelf life.... It's just that when you go shopping for yourself, you can scrutinize the product carefully before you place it in your basket. However, when you order online, you depend on the Sam's employee to look carefully at the product that they are choosing for you... This is where the breakdown occurred... I will still place my orders online, I just now know I can't depend on the Sam's employee to gage the freshness of produce so I won't be buying them online anymore... I will be going into the store myself for these items...
