The product is not working properly. I received this machine as a birthday gift. The first time I tried to use the machine it isn't working. The content not turning into a slushy consistency.

I just got it and havent used it. It has to sit upright for 2 hrs before I can use it. The directions appear easy to follow and straight to the point. I like the recipes!

It seems like a good product, but it doesn't remain slushy for long after pouring into the glass or cup. Actually melt super fas! I followed the instructions provided.

It's been really easy to use the slush-ease machine and I adore how customizable the drink settings are. The troubleshooting guide is impeccable and I've been really happy with the results so far!

We used our slush machine for the 1st time and it was so easy to use & clean. We used premixed daiquiri mix, water, and alcohol, it worked well just like the instructions stated. Love it!

Need more specific measurement alcohol drinks. It was trial and error, error, error initially. Didn't use as much counter top in my very small kitchen as I thought it would. Looking forward to summertime fruity slushies!

I have used it twice. The first time was amazing but the second one was not so great. I'm still going to use it in hopes that I get the same result as the first time.

Just turn it on for the first time and did a slushy from lemonade juice. And it’s perfect. Looking forward to using it a lot this summer.

This is a great machine, but there is a learning curve so you’re slushy isn’t so thick that it doesn’t even come out. Ask me how I know
