Purchased this machine and it did not slush. I reached out to the company and they replaced it since there was a warranty on it. The process was fairly easy. Hopefully it works this go round

Received this for Christmas. Just now opening. It is missing the auger, so it is essentially worthless at this point. Very excited about the product, but no good without the parts.

My product does not work and the support is somewhat slow. I purchased the product from a second hand location and did not get an itemized receipt and can now no longer register the product for warranty.

It’s easy to use and clean; however, In have problems with the machine getting cold enough to make a slushy to my satisfaction. I need to learn how to use the machine.

My husband can’t handle the blender but loves frozen drinks. He’s constantly asking me to make him drinks, with this slushy maker now he’s doing it by himself!

Very easy to operate and make slushies have to make sure you add enough of a sweet enough drink so it don't freeze but once I got past that it was easy

Slushes are great and relatively easy to make and clean up. Just be careful with the dispensing handle. came apart on second batch of slushy was able to put back together though.

Early birthday gift for me to share with family & friends. This machine is multi functional & can be used for adults as well as children's birthdays. Who doesn't love a cold icy drink?

It makes slushies easily and is easy to use and clean. However, does not maintain carbonation, and the slushies are so smooth and melt so quickly, that it kind of defeats the purpose. Would be better to have a tad more texture.
